Mr. McDONALD July 17, 1897 Arizona Republican Newspaper The young man McDonald of the Verde Valley, who recently died in Flagstaff from the effects of a skunk bite did not go to Pasteur's at Chicago for treatment. He went as far east as Kansas City where he was induced to try the effect of a mad stone. He had been back from there about a month before any symptoms of hydrophobia appeared.
