Finis H. Harris November 2, 1899 Arizona Silver Belt Theodore Harris received the sad intelligence on Monday of the death of his brother, Finis H. Harris in New Orleans, October 18 of yellow fever, after an illness lasting six days. Deceased was known to many in Globe, having visited his brother here four years ago, and by none is he more kindly remembered than by the proprietors of the Silver Belt. Deceased leaves a widow, Ella V. Harris and a bright little son, Albert, two years of age. Finis H. Harris, although but 36 years of age, had won an enviable name in the field of journalism and for the past five years, held the position of telegraph editor on the New Orleans Picayunne, which paper pays him the following tribute: Ernest, exactness, ethusiasm--these were all part of the character which especially marked him for a newspaper career.
