Alfred Kinney received a telegram last Saturday conveying the 
deplorable news of the death of his father, Aaron Kinney at his 
home in Emerson, Iowa. No particulars of the sad event have yet 
been received and as Mr. Kinney visited his parents on November 
9 and 10, when his father ws apprently in vigorous health, his 
death must have bene quite sudden.  The decased was an old and 
highly respected resident of wouthwestern Iowa. He was in his 
eightieth year.  A wife and seven sons are left to mourn his 
death.
