A special to the Belt from Holbrook, received on Thursday 
says Ike Lee was murdered there last night by Charles 
Wagner. It seems that Wagner was too intimate with Lee's 
wife and when Lee returned home last night, Wagner was in 
the house, standing inside the door as Lee entered and 
snatched Lee's revolver and shot him. Lee ran across the 
street and fell.  Wagner was jailed at Holbrook and is 
strongly guarded.  Later information to the effect that 
Lee was remanded to the custody of the shriff without 
bail.
