DANIEL McCOY October 26, 1905 Az Silver Belt On Sunday last Daniel McCoy known throughout Globe as the Tamale Man fell dead into the arms of a dealer at a faro game in a Broad Street saloon. He was quickly taken to the morgue of the County Hospital and on Monday Coroner Hinson Thomas impanelled a jury who rendered a verdict that he came to his death from suffocation, an artery of the heart having burst. A post mortem by Dr. A.F. Maisch revealed the fact and also that there were other complications which combined to render him liable to a fatal attack at any moment of undue excitement or exertion. Deceased was a native of Laredo, Texas, aged 53 years. Telegrams to that address failed to locate any of his realtives.
