HARVEY TOWNER Nov 23, 1905 Az Silver Belt Funeral services were held this afternoon at 3 o'clock from the undertaking parlors of F.L. Jones, over the mortal remains of Harvey Towner, who died in this city Wednesday morning Nov. 15. The ceremonies were under the auspices of Rescue Lodge No. 12, I.O.O.F. and largely attended by members of the order and friends of the deceased. Interment will be a Farmington, N.M. Harvey Towner was born at Mendota, Illinois and was 36 years of age. He had been a resident of Durango, Colorado and Farmington, New Mexico previous to his advent in Globe in 1903. He was actively engaged in business enterprises at the time of his sudden demise, being a partner in the grocery firm of Faull and Towner. He also had mining and property interests in this district. His wife and child were in Farmington at the time of his death and the funeral ceremonies were deferred pending their arrival.
