Louis B. Walker Arizona Silver Belt May 27, 1896 Louis B. Walker, recently appointed manager of the smelting works of the Mountain Copper Co., Ltd. of Elizabeth NJ died suddenly of heart disease on May 11. He was at one time asst. supertendent of the Old Dominoin Copper Mining and Smelting Co. of Globe, manager of the NJ Metal refining Works at Elizabethtown, NJ and was connected with the Mountain Co. of Shasta Co. Cal. He was much interests in blast furnace practice and contributed to the technocal press on this subject. Louis B. Walker came to Globe in July 1898 and was continuously in the employ of the Old dominon Copper as asst. superintendnet, under n.S. Berray for more than two years until Aug. 1, 1895, when the transfer of the property to the presnet company took place. He was 28 years of age and leaves a wife and one child. A brohter, Arthur L. Walk, survives him with a sister.
