JAMES P. LINDSEY January 3, 1910, Arizona Republican James P. Lindsey was shot and killed near Solomonville by Tom Waddill on Saturday, according to belated advices received here today. Waddill, a youth of eighteen, claims that he shot Lindsey, a pioneer of Graham County, after the latter had fired at him as a result of a trivial quarrel. The shooting occurred at a camp in the Clark mining district where Lindsey owned a number of claims.
