George A. Olney has been appointed by Judge Rouse, receiver of the
 "Y" cattle in graham Cunty to succeed George Smith, who was 
assinated at the Horse Springs Ranch, Soccorro County ,N.M. 
April 3.  The graham County Bulletin states that J.N. Porter 
of Fort Thomas has applied for letters of administration on the 
estate of Smith in that county.
