WILLIAM H. WOOD Graham County Arizona Republican Newspaper April 29, 1897 Mr. William H. Wood, head clerk in the mercantile house of Captain E.A. Cutter at Bonita, died suddenly in his home last Wednesday after an illness of only a few days. Pneumonia was the disease which took him almost without warning from the bosom of a dependent family. Few outside the immediate vicinity had heard of his illness and this fact coupled with his uniformly hale appearance caused the news of his demise to come with the force of a violent shock to his many friends throughout that section.
