RANSOM KELLNER Arizona Republican Newspaper August 8, 1904 Ransom Kellner, the 15 month old son of Mr. and Mrs. Ernest Kellner, died in Clifton a few days ago from the effects of a scorpion sting between the thumb and forefinger of the left hand. Though a physician was in attendance five minutes after the sting of the insect he could not counteract the effect of the poison which seemed to have taken to the heart at once through a blood vessel. The little one was taken to Globe for interment. Ernest Kellner, though living in Globe the greater part of his life is well known in Phoenix, being the son of Mr. and Mrs. E.F. Kellner and having spent some years here as a boy.
