James, 83, a native Arizonan, passed away on Feb. 22, 2000. She was born in Chandler, Arizona on July 30, 1916. Miss James was a Librarian for the Phoenix Independent School District and a lifelong member of St. Francis Xavier Prish. Survivors include nieces Patricia James- Zieters, Kathleen Branch and Peg Hogan; nephews Brian, Daniel, John, Richard, and Eugene James. Plus grand-nieces and nephews. Visitation will be Friday, Feb. 25th, 6-8 p.m. with Rosary at 7:30 p.m. at Whitney Murphy Arcadia Funeral Home Chapel, 4800 E. Indian School Road. Funeral Mass, Saturday, Febrary 26, 9:30 a.m. at St. Francis Xavier Church, 4715 N. Central Avenue. Family suggests memorials to Hospice of the Valley, 1510 E. Flower St., Phoenix, AZ 85014.
