W. Ford, Jr of Morristown, Tenn., and Charles N. ford of Phoenix, Ariz.; 
daughter, Betty Sikes of Bushnell; stepdaughters, Dianne Nowak of  N.J., and 
Laura Svec of N.Y.; six grandchildren; three step-grandchildren, and five 
great-grandchildren.

Additional Comments:
She was a homemaker and member of Assembly of God.
