WILLIAM DAVIS Arizona Republican Newspaper August 1902 William C. Davis, vice president of the Consolidated National Bank of Tucson, died at the residence of his daughter, Mrs. Williams at San Jose. Cal. Monday night. Mr. Davis was one of the best known men in southern Arizona. He was over sixty years of age. He was a native of Pennsylvania and came to Arizona in 1869 making the trip across the plains, leaving Philadelphia two years before. Mr. Davis was a member of the Pima County Board of Supervisors for many years and also served the county at one time in the territorial legislature.
