ESKIMINZIN December 18, 1895 Arizona Republican Newspaper Washington: The Bureau of Indian Affairs was notified today of the death of Eskiminzin, one of the most noted chiefs of the Apaches, oat San Carlos reservation, Arizona. He was long conspicuous in the affairs of the tribe and was regarded as a daring leader of the Apaches in their attacks on whites many years ago.
