YSABEL SOUSA ANTONIO LUZARIAGA October 9, 1895 Arizona Republican Newspaper Nogales--Antonio Luzariaga, this morning shot and killed his mistress, Ysabel Sousa, in Nogales. He then turned his pistol against himself, inflicting a mortal wound. The woman was shot in the left breast, the ball coming out at the back. The man had placed the pistol to his neck, the ball emerging at the back of the head. The cause was jealousy. Luzariaga was the leader of the local band and was a musician of the highest ability. He leaves a widow and family in Guaymas.
