OLD MAMMOTH CEMETERY

The "Old Mammoth Arizona Cemetery" is located adjacent to, and 
north of the newer Mammoth Town Cemetery. Both are located 
along  the west side of Arizona State Highway 77 in the town 
limits of Mammoth.  The "Old Mammoth Cemetery" is surrounded 
by a metal cable that is strung between steel pipe posts. 
The cable is painted white and is visible from the highway. 
This old Cemetery is not very well maintained and there are 
undoubtedly many unmarked graves in it. The inventory was 
conducted by William G. Kishbaugh, HC2 Box 2120, Winkelman,
