Notice of Probate Court
February 28, 1901

In the estate of Frederick Carney, deceased, decree was 
issued establishing notice to creditors, hearing was 
held on the final account submitted by Mrs. Carney, 
Frederick Carney Jr. and Warren J. Davis, executors of 
the will.  The account was approved and a decree of 
distribution was entered.
