Frank Bennett, a Yavapai County miner died at Prescott last Monday.  
Bennett was convalescent from a long siege of typhoid fever, but 
ate some figs and died twenty four hours thereafter. He was 
elected Justice of the Peace of Crown King precinct at the 
recent election.
