MRS. GENERAL S.S. SUMNER
August 31, 1897

Ms. General S.S. Sumner died last Monday night and was buried 
Tuesday afternoon.  Mrs. Sumner had lived in Yuma for almost 
twenty years and leaves a devoted husband and many warm friends 
to mourn her loss.
