ALLEN, LEONARD ST. CLAIR, chief carpenter's mate, United States Navy.
Enlisted: Mare Island, Calif., December 19, 1916.
Died: Naval hospital, Philadelphia, Pa., September 16, 1918.
Cause: Fractured skull, complicated by pneumonia.
 Next of kin: Wife, Jean M. Allen, 2718 Myrtle Street, Oakland, Calif.
