The Echo, June 24, 1897
"Miss Laura Harlan, eldest daughter of Mrs. and  the late Joel Harlan of San
Ramon Valley, died Monday [June 21] in Oakland.  Her remains were buried
yesterday at Livermore."

Additional Comments:
"The Echo" was published in Livermore, Alameda County, California.  Laura M.
Harlan was the unmarried daughter of Joel and Minerva Jane (Fowler) Harlan.  She
was buried at Oak Knoll Cemetery, Livermore.
