STOLP - In Oakland, Cal., July 1, 1908, Gordon M., beloved husband of Rebecca A. Stolp, and beloved father of Fred[erick] A[ugustus] Stolp, a native of Syracuse, N. Y., age 59 years 7 months and 9 days. The funeral will take place today (Thursday), July 2, 1908, at 3 o'clock p. m., from his late residence, 269 Nineteenth street, under the auspices of Oakland commandery, Knights Templar. Interment private.” END AND San Francisco Call, July 3, 1908 (Friday), Page 4, Column 2. “FUNERAL OF OAKLAND MAN OAKLAND, July 2. — The funeral of Gordon Stolp was held this afternoon [July 2] by the Knights Templar of Oakland commandery from his residence, 269 Nineteenth street. The pall bearers were W. F. Williamson, M. V. Cooley, W. E. Griffiths and G. A. Russell. The honorary pall bearers were T. W. Phillips, D. S. Rutherford, Wallace Everson, E. M. Walsh, Judge H. A.
