Marriage License,  in my possision
County of Alameda  State of California  These Presents are to Authorize
and license any Justice of the Supreme Court,  Justice of the Appellate Court,  
Judge of the Superior Court,  Justice of the Peace,  Judge of any Police 
Court,  City Recorder,  Priest,  or  Minister  of the  Gospel of any 
denomination,  to solemnize within  said county the Marriage of:  Edward 
William Martin, Sr.  native of  California  aged 16 years.  resident of  
Oakland  County of  Alameda  State of California  and  Ida Belle Soule  native 
of  California  aged 16  resident of  Oakland  County of Alameda  State of 
California.  color or race   White  Said parties being of sufficient age to be 
capable of contracting Marriage.
Consent Father:  Clemens B. Martin I. & Consent Mother: Lula Julia (Ott) Schwab 
In Witness Whereof. I have set my hand and affixed the seal of the Superior
