Isabelle Schlicher 

February 15, 1909 - March 30, 2005



Isabelle Schlicher entered into rest on Wednesday, March 30, 2005 at the age of 
96. Born February 15, 1909 in Riverside, California. Isabelle loved spending 
time and cooking for her family. She enjoyed word search puzzles. Isabelle will 
be greatly missed by her family and friends, but she will always remain in our 
hearts.
She was preceded in death by her beloved husband, Louis Schlicher (1978). 
Devoted mother of Ronald and Bruce Schlicher, both of Valley Springs, James 
Schlicher of Clayton and the late Diane Schlicher and Linda Carver; loving 
grandmother of Craig Schlicher of San Ramon, Cary Carver of Hayward and great-
grandmother of Joel Schmierer; dear sister of the late Jean Simonson.
Family and friends are invited to attend her funeral service at the Chapel of 
the Valley Mortuary, 20359 Lake Chabot Rd., Castro Valley on Thursday, April 7, 
2005 at 1:00 p.m., Visitation beginning at 10:00 a.m. Interment: Private.
The Schlicher family has requested memorial donations in Isabelle's name to the 
American Cancer Society, 7000 Village Parkway, Suite E, Dublin CA 94568.
