Isabell was born in Sites on March 6, 1900, but spent most of her life in Colusa. She was a charter member of the Catholic Ladies Relief Society and was active in its work for years. She was a devout member of the Catholic Church and took part in numerous other community activities during her 28 years in business here. She is survived by a daughter, Mrs. William O. Weber, Jr.; grandchildren, Gregory, Mark and Michele Weber; brother, Thomas F. (Bud) Busch, the operator of Busch's toy store at 950 Sixth Street; sisters, Mrs. Kate Pickett of Williams, Mrs. Agnes Martin of Colusa, Mrs. Margaret Lenzio of Napa and Mrs. Mary Levison of San Francisco and numerous nieces and nephews, including Harold Wilsey Jr. of Colusa, Robert Kaufman of Myers, Tom Pickett of Williams, Howard Busch of Colusa, Richard Silva of San Francisco, Ted Shellooe of Antioch and James Fouch of Yuba City, all nephews.
