"Mrs. Ruby B. Guy

A resident of Concord, and a native of Walnut Creek, Mrs. Ruby Guy, died Monday 
at her home at the age of 79.  She had resided at 1717 Galindo st.

Mrs. Guy had lived in Concord for the past 23 years.  She was a member of the 
Almona Chapter 214 OES of Concord, and of the First Presbyterian Church of 
Concord.

She is survived by a son, Earl J. Guy of Concord, and by two grandchildren.  
They are Gregory Guy and Janet Guy, both of Concord.

Funeral services were held today (Thursday) at 2 p.m. at the MacFarlane-Bryant 
Chapel, Concord.  The Rev. Ernest I. Bradley of the First Presbyterian Church 
of Concord and the Almona Chapters 214 OES officated.  Entombment followed in 
Memory Gardens Cemetery, Concord." END

2.  Ruby Teresa Burpee was the daughter of Winfield S. Burpee and Mary L. 
(Sherburne) Burpee.  She first married Joel A. Harlan. She second married Mr. 
Guy (first name not known.)
