The Fresno Bee, Oct. 25, 1948
     Mrs. Willie Perkins, 45, of 342 Church Avenue, died last night in a local 
hospital after a long illness.
     She is survived by her husband , Edgar Perkins: a daughter, Mary Perkins, 
and her mother Laura White, all of Fresno; a sister, Alberta Spears of Munro, 
La., and a brother, Dan Knights, of Natchez, Miss.
     Funeral arrangements are being made by the Valley Funeral Home.
