Enlisted: Mare Island, Calif., April 18, 1917.
Died: U. S. S. Westgate, October 7, 1918.
Cause: Killed when vessel was sunk.
Next of kin: Sister, Pearl Anderson, 2231 Albee Street, Eureka, Calif.
