Charles D. Prendle and Miss Josephine Brocco were joined in holy bonds of wedlock at the 
Danish Lutheran parsonage in Ferndale last Sunday by Rev. A.H. Jensen... (January 27, 1905)

Last Wednesday at high noon at the Danish-Lutheran parsonage in Eureka, Rev. P. Borup 
officiated at the ceremony which united in marriage Peter Petersen of Sonoma County and 
Miss Pauline Caroline Strube of the Island...the young man has been engaged this summer as 
chauffeur for Mrs. Z. Russ of Ferndale Cottage, being an expert automobile driver...
