Enlisted US ARMY Women’s Army Corps (WAC) 17 Jun 1959 at Bakersfield, Kern Co,
California.  Inducted into Army at Fresno, Fresno Co, California.  Basic training at
Fort McClelland, Alabama. Clerical Training at Fort McClelland.  Transferred to the
WAC detachment of the 101st Infantry at Fort Ord, California.  Promoted  from
recruit to Private to Private first Class.  Married 12 Mar 1960.  Discharged on
Marriage 10 Oct 1961.  Hononable Discharge, Good conduct Medal .  Married name JoAnn
Louise Harris Hamilton.
