Nina Henneke Gillespie 
Aug. 22, 1948 - Sept. 22, 2005 

Nina Henneke Gillespie was born on August 22, 1948 in Arizona to Grady and 
Marie Adams and passed away on September 22, 2005 in Bakersfield. Nina loved 
her family unconditionally and was very quick to let you know where you stood 
with her. She was always ready to do anything for anybody and was good at 
giving orders. Among her many loves was her three poodles, shopping and 
gambling. Nina is preceded in death by her first husband David Henneke and her 
mother Marie. She is survived by her loving husband Kenneth; father Grady 
Adams; daughter Lori Phillips and husband Kevin; sister Pat Reed and husband 
Dan; grandchildren Tyler Phillips, Audrianna and Lindsay Nava; and her 
very "special friend" Chris Clodfelter who stood by her and was always there. 
Visitation will be on Tuesday, September 27, 2005 5 to 8 pm at Hillcrest 
Mortuary. No services are planned.
