He grew up in Reedley, CA. After high school he joined the Marine Corps during World War II where he was a Navigator on a B-25. After the war he worked as a crop duster pilot for Great Western at the Reedley Airport. In 1957 he moved with his family to the Bakersfield area where he spent the remainder of his life working in agri-business. He is survived by his sister, Bernita Hovesepian; ex-wife, Margaret Arakelian; and 3 children, Alan and wife, Stacy, Adam and wife, Kelly, and Amy Razor and husband, Jim; grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Memorial service will be held at Hodels on Olive Dr. and Knudson Dr. in the Sun Room at 1:00 p.m., Friday, December 30, 2005. He was a frequent blood donor.
