Harold B. Artz 
March 22, 1918 - Dec. 19, 2005 

Harold B. Artz passed away Dec. 19, 2005 He was born March 22, 1918 in Dennis, 
KA. As a young man he worked as a toolmaker for Lockheed. There he met and 
then married Doris Virginia Cayce. While in the Navy during WWII he served in 
the South Pacific. Harold moved to Taft in 1950 with his wife and 3 boys, he 
owned and operated A&B Radiator as well as Liquor Mart until he retired in 
1984. His pleasures in life were family, boating, football & golfing. He put 
god first and shared his gifts with others, his wish for those who would like 
to honor him is to for them to do the same. Harold was preceded in death by 
his parents and sister Lenora Pierni. Survived by his wife Doris Artz and sons 
Harold Dean, Michael, Greg and their wives and many grandchild and great-
grandchildren. His Sisters Mary Metcalf , Lois Phillips, Brother Louie Artz 
and their children. Private services will beheld Dec. 24th, 2005. The family 
would like to express their gratitude to Odysey Health Care for their 
services.
