Philip Micheal Bartlett (Mickey) 
Services: Fri., Nov. 4, 11:00 a.m. 

Services to be held at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints, 2801 
So. Real Rd., on Friday, November 4, 2005,at 11:00 a.m. There will be a short 
meet and greet at 10:00 a.m. for friends of the family prior to the services. 
Philip Micheal (Mickey) Bartlett was born on September 8, 1938 in Sandpoint, 
ID. He was the son of Clarence Springer Bartlett and Charlotte Louise 
Linscott. He served an honorable mission for the Church of Jesus Christ of 
Latter Day Saints and while there he met his companion of 43 years, Sandra 
Gail Knight. Mickey worked for the State Dept of Water Resources and later 
transferred to MWD in So. California. When he retired, he and Sandra moved 
back to Bakersfield to be close to family and friends. He was a devoted 
husband and father. He loved the mountains and camping. He could often be 
found repairing friends cars. He was strong in opinion and didnt mind sharing 
his opinion with others. He is survived by his wife Sandra; his four daughters 
and sons-in-law, Michele and Thomas Willis, Erin and David Swanson, Becky and 
Stephen Peterson, Heather and Paul Snare. His brother, Clarence Bartlett; and 
two sisters, Carol Miller and Mary Koblitz. Mickey is also survived by 19 
grandchildren which were his pride and joy.
