Robert Irving Brockway 
Services: Fri., Oct. 21, 9:30 a.m. 

A Mass will be held Friday, October 21st, 9:30 a.m., at Saint Joseph's 
Catholic Church, in Pomona with interment to follow at Forest Lawn Covina 
Hills for Robert Irving Brockway, 74, of Sun City, CA, who passed away October 
16, 2005. Visitation will be held Thursday, October 20th, from 5-9 p.m., at 
Forest Lawn Covina Hills. Robert Irving Brockway was born October 18, 1930, in 
Brooklyn, New York. A 22 year resident of Bakersfield, Robert had been 
employed by Texaco Refining & Marketing for 30 years and after retirement had 
been a bus driver for Panama Buena Vista School District. Bob was a member of 
Sons in Retirement, Winnebago Itasca Travelers, CA, State Club-Hi Desert Rig 
Runners formerly Kern Winnigades. Survivors include his wife of 53 years, 
Lorraine Brockway; daughters, Patti Conner and Robbie Myers; son-in-law, Ervin 
Myers; sisters, Eleanor Miles; brothers, Joe and Jerry Brockway; 
grandchildren, Candice Myers and Megan Myers.
