Frances Irene Banks 
Services: Fri., May 20, 11:00 a.m. 

Services will be held in New Testament Church, 108 W. Woodland Ave., Woodland, 
CA for Frances Irene Banks, 90, who passed away May 16, 2005 in Bakersfield. 
Pastor Doug Zeck will officiate. Interment will follow in Monument Hill 
Memorial Park, 35036 County Rd. 22, in Woodland. Mrs. Banks was born on 
November 15, 1914, in Ohio and resided in Yolo and Sacramento Counties for 
many years. She had been a homemaker for 70 years and the wife of a pastor for 
over 50 years. She attended Faith Temple in Bakersfield. Mrs. Banks was 
preceded in death by her husband, Rev. Walter Banks; son, Bernard Banks; and 
daughter, Margaret Frescas. She is survived by her daughters, and sons-in-law, 
Shelba J. and Eduardo Frescas of Bakersfield and Betty A. and Jack Northcutt 
of Medford, OR; 9 grandchildren; 14 great-grandchildren; 2 great-great 
grandchildren and several nieces and nephews. Visitation will be at New 
Testament Church before services.
