Myrtle Maxine Barker
Services: Friday, April 8, 1:00 p.m.

Services will be held at Greenlawn Southwest Memorial Chapel, 2739 Panama 
Lane, Friday, April 8, 2005, at 1:00 p.m. for Myrtle Maxine Barker, 94, who 
passed away April 3, 2005 in Bakersfield. 

Myrtle was born February 5, 1911 in Antlers, OK and resided in Bakersfield 
with her daughter, Jeri for the past six years. Her home was in Placerville. 
She was a member of the Methodist Church. Myrtle was loved and respected by 
everyone who knew her and will be missed by all.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Clyde Barker; and her beloved 
grandson, Nick Placentia. Myrtle is survived by her daughter, Jeri Bartenstein 
of Bakersfield; granddaughter, Shelly Placentia of Bakersfield; special grand-
daughter, Jenny Rabey of Fresno; and brothers, Ellis Fuller, Jack Fuller and 
Pete Benham.
