Susann Barry 
March 31, 1943 - August 26, 2005 

Funeral services for Susann will be held Tuesday, August 30th, 11:00 a.m., in 
the Chapel of Hillcrest Mortuary. Susann was born in Los Angeles but lived in 
Bakersfield most of her life. Susann loved to have family gatherings and 
enjoyed her family. She lived for her grandchildren. Susann is preceded in 
death by her daughter, Kim. She is survived by her husband, James of 44 years; 
her son, David, daughter-in-law, Vanessa; and grandchildren, Nicholas, Whitney 
and Chadwick, all of Bakersfield. She will be missed by family, extended 
family and friends. Susann is at peace after suffering many years from Lupus. 
Visitation begins Monday, from 4-8 p.m., at Hillcrest Mortuary, 9101 Kern 
Canyon Rd.
