Robert Truman Beauford 
8/3/1925 - July 23, 2005 

Robert Truman Beauford, 79, passed away July 23, 2005, at Mercy Hospital, in 
Bakersfield. Robert was born August 3, 1925, in Tehachapi and attended local 
schools. He served his country in World War II in the U.S. Navy as a 
Machinists Mate Third Class. He graduated from Navy Diesel School in Aimes, 
Iowa. He retired to his hometown of Tehachapi and lived his final years in the 
house he was born and raised in. Robert was predeceased by his son, Larry and 
is survived by his daughter, Donna Brewer of Las Vegas, Nevada; his sister, 
Jane Huckert; his brother and sister-in-law, Don and Virginia Beauford and 
numerous nieces and nephews. In his honor donations can be made to the 
Tehachapi Masonic Lodge #131 Building Fund, 212 So. Green Street, Tehachapi, 
California. There will be no services per his wishes.
