Robert Truman Beauford
Aug. 3, 1925 – July 23, 2005

Robert Truman Beauford, 79, passed away July 23, 2005 at Mercy Hospital in 
Bakersfield.

Robert was born Aug. 3, 1925, in Tehachapi and attended local schools. He 
served his country in World War II in the U.S. Navy as a Machinist’s Mate 
Third Class. He graduated from Navy Diesel School in Aimes, Iowa. He retired 
to his hometown of Tehachapi and lived his final years in the house he was 
born and raised in.

Robert was predeceased by his son, Larry; and is survived by his daughter, 
Donna Brewer of Las Vegas, Nev.; sister, Jane Huckert; brother and sister-in-
law, Don and Virginia Beauford; and numerous nieces and nephews.

In his honor, donations can be made to the Tehachapi Masonic Lodge #313 
Building Fund, 212 S. Green St., Tehachapi, CA 93561.

In compliance with his wishes, no services will be held. The Neptune Society 
will handle the cremation arrangements.
