John A. Beggs (Jack) 
December 7, 1929 - July 16, 2005 

John A. Beggs Jack died July 16, 2005, in Rosarita Beach. Jack was the son of 
James C. Beggs and Faye Beggs Stroud. Jack graduated from Bakersfield High 
School and then attended USC. Before retiring in Rosarita Beach, Jack lived 
most of his life in northern California. He owned several successful 
restaurants in the Gold Country. He is survived by his sister, Bette Beggs 
Wegis and her husband Robert H. Wegis and many nieces and nephews.
