William H. Bringhurst (Bill) 
Sept. 10, 1956 August 12, 2005 

Bill Bringhurst went home to be with the Lord on August 12, 2005. He was born 
September 10, 1956, in Bakersfield, CA. He was preceded in death by his mother 
and father, Geneva and Henry Berry. He leaves behind his daughter, Reanon 
Ellis; son, Jeoffry Harris Bringhurst; sisters, Michelle Porter, Sheila 
Parton, Sharon Burgner; brothers, John Barnett and Jerry Barnett. Bill enjoyed 
country music and was a singer, songwriter, and guitarist. He loved riding 
bulls in rodeos in Tehachapi. He loved hunting, fishing and just sitting 
around visiting with friends and relatives. A chapel service will be held at 
Hillcrest Memorial Park & Mortuary on Friday, August 19, 2005, at 1:00 p.m. No 
viewing is scheduled.
