Deacon James R. Brown Nov. 30, 1936 - May 11, 2005 Viewing and visitation to 
start Wednesday, May 18, 2005, 11 a.m. with an hour of meditation to be held 
from 7 p.m. to 8 p.m. in the Chapel of Ruckers Mortuary for Deacon James 
Robert Brown, 68, who passed away May 11, 2005. A Celebration of Life will be 
held Thursday, May 19, 2005, 11 a.m., at Christ First Ministries, 625 Robinson 
St. Pastor Josephate Jordan is officiating. A second Celebration of Life will 
be held Tuesday, May 24, 2005, at 11 a.m., at Phillips Temple Christian 
Methodist Episcopal Church, 3332 Adeline Street, Berkeley, California. Senior 
Pastor George Brown, his brother, is officiating. Interment will follow at 
Rolling Hills Memorial Park, Berkeley, CA. Ruckers Mortuary Family Owned & 
Operated Legacy.com
