Mary Costa Bunn 
Services: Mon., Aug. 1, 9:00 a.m. 

Graveside services will be held Monday, August 1, 2005, 9:00 a.m., at Union 
Cemetery for Mary Costa Bunn, 85, who passed away July 27, 2005, in 
Bakersfield. Father Dan Coyle will officiate. Mary was born July 23, 1920, in 
Bakersfield to Joseph and Catherine Costa, early farmers in the Greenfield 
area. She attended local schools and became a well-known and popular saleslady 
in ladies fashions. She was last employed by Gilberts House of Fashion and 
Judds before retiring. She was a member of UPEC, IDES, and a charter member of 
Sacred Heart Altar Society. Survivors include her husband, Alfred; son, Gary 
Bunn; grandsons, Gary Bunn, Jr. and Marcus and Kim Bunn; sister, Belle Costa; 
two brothers, John and Ann and Joe and Mary Costa; many other relatives and 
close friends who were so supportive of Mary during her last illness, John 
Picanso, Duke Picanso, Christie and Andrea, Cathy McKee, Ann Bonfig, Sandi and 
Mark Montgomery, Rita Whitaker, Randy and MaryAnn Mendez, Josephine Pires, 
Louie and Bruna Limi, Mary Mello, Al and Mary Mikuls, Dorothy and Ken Peters, 
Val Rodrigues, Katrina Costa and Burt Costa. Visitation will be today from 1 
p.m. to 5 p.m.
