Juanita Delores Burns 
Services: Sat., Aug. 27, 10:00 a.m. 

Graveside services will be held in Greenlawn Memorial Park, 3700 River Blvd, 
for Juanita Delores Burns, 85, who passed away August 23, 2005, in 
Bakersfield. Pastor William Ekhardt will officiate. Mrs. Burns was born on 
August 12, 1920, in Arkansas and resided in Kern County for 73 years. She was 
a member of the Northminster Presbyterian Church where she was a Sunday school 
teacher. She also was a member of the P.T.A. at Standard School and North High 
School. Mrs. Burns is survived by her husband, George G. Burns of Bakersfield; 
daughters, Rebecca Rowden of Apple Valley and Pamela Johnson of Newberg, 
Oregon; son, Melvin Steagall of Fountain Valley; four grandchildren and five 
great-grandchildren. Visitation begins Friday, 5 - 9 p.m.
