IN LOVING MEMORY 
A celebration ofnew life for Eleanor Marie Colston will be held Wednesday, 
January 18 at Hillcrest Memorial Chapel, with services beginning at 10:00 a.m. 
Eleanor was born August 12, 1922 in San Francisco, California. She was raised 
by Anders F. and Augusta Anderson. Eleanor attended Berkeley School for the 
Deaf and she graduated high school in 1942 in Fremont, California. Eleanor was 
a loving wife for 56 years and a wonderful mother and grandmother. She was 
preceded in death by her husband, Virgil O. Colston and her son-in-law, Steven 
W. Snow. She leaves behind her daughter, Cheryl Snow; hersister, Marian 
Kovacavich; brother and sister-in-law, Robert and JoAnn Colston; two 
granddaughters, Michelle Harp and Jennifer and her husband, Robin Ramirez. She 
also leaves behind 6 great-grandchildren; many nieces and nephews who loved 
herand will miss her dearly.
