We were very fortunate to have had Grandma Julia in our lives for as long as we did. A special thanks goes to her caregiver and granddaughter, Carmen Puente. Carmen took care of Grandma with love, compassion, honor, selflessness and dignity. Also a special thanks to the Denton/Gustelam families for their endless support and comfort. A special thank you to all her physicians, San Joaquin Hospital and the staff at Emmanuel Convalescent Home.
