Nancy Lynn (Henderson) Davis 
May 25, 1945 - Jan. 31, 2006 

Nancy was born in Cleveland, Ohio to Lester and Cynthia Henderson and raised 
in Oil City, PA. She graduated from Oil City Senior High School in 1963. After 
moving to Colorado, she received her BS in Accounting from Metro SC in Denver. 
Nancy met Tim Davis in Colorado and they married on December 6, 1975. Their 
only child, Brian Timothy Davis, was tragically killed in an automobile 
accident on November 5, 2003. Nancy passed away peacefully at home surrounded 
by family and close friends on January 31, 2006 after a courageous battle with 
Pancreatic Cancer. She is survived by her husband, Tim; her father, Lester 
Henderson of Oil City, PA; grandson, Dylan; and special cousin, Lorrene 
Wagner. Nancy had three careers in her life: oil company accountant, 
accounting instructor, and website entrepreneur. She loved all three. A 
memorial service for friends and family will be held on Sunday, February 5, 
2006, at 3:00 in the afternoon, at the Bakersfield Central Adventist Church, 
4201 Wilson Road, in Bakersfield, California. In lieu of flowers donations may 
be made to PanCan (Pancreatic Cancer Action Network) 2141 Rosecrans Ave., 
Suite 7000, El Segundo, CA 90245, (877) 272-6226. No visitation is scheduled.
