Paul Burton DeMarais 
Oct. 7, 1952 - Dec. 29, 2005 

Paul Burton DeMarais was born October 7, 1952 in Oildale, Ca. He went home to 
be with Jesus, December 29, 2005. Paul was preceded in death by his father, 
Buton. Paul is survived by his wife of 30 years, Karen DeMarais; mother 
Barbara DeMarais; brother Jim and Linda DeMarais of Bakersfield; sister Pat 
Garcia of Bakersfield; sister Carol and Aaron Dettbarn of Iowa; nieces, 
nephews and many friends who loved him. Paul was a corporate pilot. His 
passion in life was flying. Graveside services will be held 2:30 p.m. 
Wednesday, Jan. 11, 2006 at Greenlawn Cemetery, 3700 River Blvd.
